Site level back up using sharepoint designer in MSDAX

site level back up can be taken using sharepoint designer

1) open site in SPD
2) click admin tab you can find backup site option
3)you can take a .cmp format backup
4) create a blank site using SPD
5) go to admin tab and select restore option ( give the path where the .cmp file is stored)
6) you can restore the backup in new site
