Use the following process to transfer modifications:
1. All AOS instances accessing the application in the source and destination environment must be shut down.
2. The files that contain modifications of application objects (aod) and labels (ald) are copied from the development environment to the destination environment.
3. Delete the .ali files associated with the label files that you are copying.
4. When the AOS is restarted on the destination application, the system will rebuild index files. The file axapd.aoi is the application object
index file. This takes a few minutes to be rebuilt. The .ali files deleted in the previous step will also be rebuilt.
5. Open an AX Client, synchronize the database and re-compile the whole application.
