Lead Management is a feature of Sales Force Automation that enables sales teams to collect and store information about a lead and also develop sales activities and tasks that qualify leads into opportunities.
Lead Management consists of two main components:
• Lead Management - creating, reviewing, updating, and deleting lead information.
• Lead Qualifying Process - creating, reviewing, updating, and deleting stages or steps and also activities that are needed to qualify or disqualify a lead.
